Now under construction , the Majesty Building will be a special place in the hearts of many people. It will serve the Altamonte Springs area with event space for banquets, meetings, small conventions, weddings, theater and stage. There will be a 1,000 car parking garage to accomodate the needs of the building.  It will also be a state of the art launching pad for SuperChannel television broadcasts to the state, nation and the world.

Purpose:
This building will help serve the needs of Altamonte Springs and Central Florida, serve the present and future needs of our television station WACX-TV and help endow SuperChannel (a not-for-profit commercial TV network) through funds generated by commercial activity and of 200,000 sq/ft of office and retail space in the rotunda and tower.

Construction will be completed debt free through viewer donations, charitable gifts, office condo sales and pre-leasing of twelve floors of office space.
