Now under construction , the Majesty Building will be a special place in the hearts of many people. It will serve the community through its retail space, banquet facilities, convention hall, theater and 1,000 car parking garage. It will also be the launching pad for SuperChannel broadcasts to the state, nation and the world.

Purpose:
This building will serve the present and future needs of this television station and help endow SuperChannel (a not-for-profit commercial TV network) through funds generated by leasing a portion of office and retail space in the rotunda and tower.

Construction will be completed debt free, through charitable gifts, office condo sales and pre-leasing activities.
