Upwards of 100,000 sq/ft of the building will be available for leasing, including retail space in the Rotunda for shops, restaurants and salons. Another 100,000 sq/ft will be available to Office Condo clients.
The second floor, above the Rotunda, may be leased as professional suites for health professionals, lawyers, and other businesses with low traffic demands.
On a first come, first serve basis, tenants desiring larger office space or office suites may select from among different floors with varying ceiling heights and views. Conjoined floors for larger tenants will be available with the possibility of a connecting stairwell.
Parking is available in the 1000 car parking garage. Reserved parking will also be available as an option.
Tenants will have business day access to the 16th floor "front porch" open-air balcony. From this vantage point, one will overlook Cranes Roost and Uptown Altamonte in the foreground and, downtown Orlando in the distance. On a clear day...maybe even Florida's east coast and the Kennedy Space Center.
The balcony will feature an expansive view, seating in a relaxed atmosphere, and the aroma of orange blossoms wafting from the fruit trees and greenery placed around the balcony. Tenants and guests will enjoy the view within the security of a 12 foot high wind-wall of protective glass enclosing the balcony.
